My name is Dawn Wade, and I am a fully qualified and insured yoga teacher.
I initially trained as a Personal Trainer, but after my first yoga class, I could see the many benefits of this practice with the mind and body, and I was hooked!
i was trained by Brian Cooper, a very well known and respected Yoga teacher and after a year of intense training I qualifed as an Ashtanga Yoga teacher. My own practice and learning has deepened, and I am keen to share that through wonderful uplifting classes, and 1:1 yoga sessions.
My first yoga class ever was in August 2015. I had been recommended to Dawn's classes, and went along. Dawn was so welcoming and listened when I explained that I had back and neck issues. She understood that I was anxious not to cause anymore problems and talked me through what I needed to do. She kept a close eye on me during class, advising me of what and what not to do, without making me feel self-conscious. I love Dawn's classes, as she is an outstanding instructor, I always know what I should be doing. She gives contstant encouragement, and wants you want to try very hard without feeling under pressure.
